I'm not a big fan of the caboose!

I don't know about you...but what's with all the dog kennel carriers hitched onto the sleds?  King introduced this years ago...but have you seen his caboose this race?  Its like the size of his sled!!  Many years ago the Iditarod Race rules did not have a limit on how many dogs you could run.  Then one race day a musher shows up with a team in harness....and another entire team in a freight tag sled.   It was ridiculous.  So they made a rule...no more than 16 dogs at the start.  But now they seem to be building in rest while on the trail...instead of resting the entire team just drag a kennel behind ya!  Well.......I'm not liking it.  Not one bit.  I can see ONE small caboose....but some of these sleds have a caboose that can fit 4 dogs!  Nope, not liking it....seems a bit on the cheating side of the trail!  But that's just my humble opinion.  I never thought of myself as a purest...but.....
