No 7 course Dinner in Ruby this Year???

I just heard on Greg and Lorens Iditablog that the Millennium Hotel DID NOT sponsor the first to the Yukon award this year, which TYPICALLY is a 7 course meal with a "after dinner mint" of 3,000 crisp One dollar bills. Wow...no meal... that's incredible...its been a long standing award, and kind of a fun one at that! BUT, when the "Mushing Mortician" Scott Janssen (running in the 42nd spot) heard of the lack of award to the first musher on the Yukon, he quickly put up $ 3,000 of his own money to award Mitch for a job well done!
