Ailey Declares 8 hour in Galena

Aileys Team slid into Galena looking perky and happy! She seemed in as good of spirits as her dogs! She did say that for the last few hours her team did slow down...she thought it was from the punchiness of the trail. She will take a rest there in Galena for 8 hours, and the rest of the Lead pack is already over halfway to her checkpoint. Its only a 50 mile run form Ruby to Galena, and quite likely the front runners won't be staying too long, if at all in Galena. IF Mitch makes it over in 6 hours, Ailey will still have to stay 4 hours before taking rest....and the leap frogging continues. Ailey will have to work hard to get back into the mix after her 8 hour rest.
