Aily Zirkle In Control of Race

When asked if she is going to stay in Nulato, Aily replys with a laugh "No, Im trying to win this thing". Her dogs were perky and eating well on salmon snacks as the vets checked them over....then she was over the bank and back onyo the river. If all goes well, she will be in Kaltag by Noon (Alaskan time), which she can then rest her Team in the "heat" of the day....my bet is she will rest in Kaltag for 4 hours, and then set out on the trail at the "turn of light", which is the time of day which the dogs have instinct to run into the coming night. OR, she may opt to grab some straw and head to a BLM cabin to keep her chasers guessing. Who knows....but one thing is for sure...she is in control and her Team is doing great! Aily's Team makes a great "rabbit" for the hounds to chase!
