Well, someone has to be the rabbit...and out of Nikolai it was King who bolted first, followed closely by Schnuelle, Baker and Mitch Seavey. Who will also cut rest and run after the rabbits?? This will be an interesting night...I'll be keeping an eye on the trail all night!
Some news has come out about the Dallzell Gorge...and for the most part, the trail was in good shape, and the new snow (measured in feet, not inches) acted as a cushion for the teams as they rode down the gorge. The Farewell Burn was also not as bad as everyone thought it would be...so far there are no horror stories to tell...only hopes of having the winning strategy to catch the lead rabbit!
