Welcome to Nome Chemo and the SP Kennel Black Team!!

Congrats to Allen Moore and the SP Kennel Black Team for successfully finishing another Iditarod!!  Allens job on the Iditarod is to show the younger dogs of the kennel how to run 1,000 miles...and he needs Veteran dogs like Chemo to help him achieve that goal.  This was our boy Chemo's 5th Iditarod....3 of which have been run on Allen's Black Team.  Chemo has a calm demeanor and therefore makes a good mentor for the younger pups.

The "Chemo Wall" pictured above is right above my chair...as you can tell we are proud Sponsor Moms of our boy Chemo!  I have his tags hanging there too and look forward to adding Iditarod 45 "Blue Tag #36" to the display!  

Next up.....the Finishers Banquet this weekend!  I may have a few comments as I got my fingers crossed for some of the honors....hope my wishes come true.  I'll let you know in my final 2017 IditaDacks post after the Banquet.
