Wade Marrs Finishes in 6th....Kaiser and Aliy Still Fighting for 8th Place!

As Wade Marrs pulls his Team under the Burled Arch in Nome, there is quite a battle for 8th place between Pete Kaiser and Aliy Zirkle!!!  Ray Redington has 7th pretty much locked up as he is already in and out of the Safety Checkpoint and appears to be moving along nicely towards the finish line 17 miles away.  But Aliy and Pete are on top of  each other at mile 951, 6 miles from Safety, the the last checkpoint on the trail.  Be sure to check race stats to see how close they truly are, as the GPS doesn't split things down to the minute and seconds!
