Brent Sass has started to move again, presently at mile 662. Aliy is still resting at mile 654, and Dallas is also still resting at mile 652.
Mitch has broke from his 8 hour mandatory rest and is at mile 648.....Wade Marrs at mile 645, and Baker at mile 640!
The trail from Kaltag to Unalakleet on the coast is 85 miles and Mushers typically break it up into 2 or 3 portions. Unless you are Lance who back in his glory years ran from Nulato to Unalakleet in one monster run! In any event...this is a long run....and it appears the parade has started.
As I write this Dallas has gotten up and is moving.....he must have sensed his Dad was getting close....he hates to be passed by Mitch!
Aliy no doubt will jump in on the parade. Its going to be a long competitive ride to Unalakleet about 50 miles down the trail!
